Birth brings with her the possibility of complications and injuries to the baby. Such damage can Erb’s palsy in a baby affected by the shoulder, arm and hand. This can leave the baby with a soft arm. There are factors which, if present, during pregnancy, suggesting that the child is at increased risk of injury Erb’s palsy. If these factors are present, the doctor gave the baby should take appropriate measures to avoid injury. Doing so may constitute malpractice.
Erb’s palsy injuries often occur in situations in which (a) a large baby, (2) a breech position, or (3) to a later work. These factors are difficult, usually a physical delivery. 3rd Out. The nerve is torn down, but it remains on the spine.
4th Demolition. The nerve is torn from the spine.
