Today everything has to go quickly, including food – the sooner the better. Fast-food restaurants have sprung up like mushrooms. Every child knows what is in the fast-food questionable. Regardless of the concerns of doctors, nutritionists and WHO, the consumption of fast food dams. Processed food and fast-food industry we have consumed more health declined and in the future.

Also questionable and disturbing is the low consumption of fresh fruit, vegetables and salads. Many people do not even eat them all. There are so-called food deserts – areas where there are about, but impossible to buy fresh produce at all.

There is another factor to mention here, and we get to play the role of medicine. At the beginning of the 20th Century there were fewer than 2,000 known medical symptoms. Meanwhile, the medicine has made great progress. Pharmaceutical and modern diagnostic methods offer possibilities, no one dared to think 100 years.

One might expect that a hundred years, and because of all this modern alternative health of the population has increased. View of reality. To date, the number rose by more than 10 times and more than 20,000 complaints. MS is one of many.

I had a question several times since I started studying nutrition: What makes it so difficult to see clear to experts, the correlation between changes in dietary habits and increased health problems in the world? How is that some diet experts who say the courage to brave her mouth and eyes and the people, like our modern diet dangerous for them and their children is open? A sad aspect is concerned with these issues. Consider how many people live with chronic diseases in the Western world. You have tons of pills everyday, many of them for the rest of her life. This means that billions of dollars in annual sales and revenue figures.

Of course, thanks to discourage pharmaceutical got many infections and inflammations of them. If we suffer from such a disease, we are very fortunate to have antibiotics and other drugs, to help us. But the people took to drugs at high prices is to do a regime change would produce the same or better results without negative side effects more questionable. Many people say it is a crime against humanity.

The medical care has swallowed an increasingly autonomous dinosaur billion without improving the health status, despite all the technical and diagnostic methods. The opposite is the case, health is back.

Another question is: What has been done to control and reduce this trend? We have to get closer to answering the medical science views on this question.

The goal of medical science there is to be able to isolate a trigger of the disease to develop a drug against it. If the symptoms disappear after the drug was administered, it is effective. Conclusion: We have a symptom, a trigger and a concrete substance, that the symptom resolved. This is obvious and understandable for everyone. The inverse of this: with no known cause, no drug, no treatment!

In 1920 she announced she would be a treatment for cancer within the next 30 years that really works. The fact is, they are still looking for one. Instead, today there are as many cancer patients, as never before. So it is more than doubtful that they will always find a cure for multiple sclerosis, if not that far.

Will be continued in Part 4 – MS Treatments – How and why is ignoring the nutrition diet treatment? – 4
