Life without sex is almost unthinkable. We are sexual animals and there is no point having any doubt in this. Man can not lead a platonic life. Not only for the purpose of reproducing but even otherwise, in order to achieve satiation, sex is important. However, unlike the animal world there are certain rules and regulations that are laid in the human society so that the human race might not go wayward. With the change of time the rules have laxed a lot, but they are existent without any doubt.

The human world has a lot of things to conform to. For example in the human world there are things like morality, loyalty, responsibility, duty and a lot of other “ty”s. However not all the human beings follow all the norms, though majority follows them, otherwise the world would have converted into a jungle.

Even in terms of sex there are certain conditions that are laid down for the good of the society. In order to keep the morality of the society intact, various limitations are imposed on sex and they vary as per societies, cultures and religions. Some of them have been completely done with by today’s generation as they are completely outdated and very superficial. But there are certain impositions that are still valid and they have even been backed by science.

Sex between siblings is something that is a strict no- no from the ancient times. Even today it is something that is never taken liberally by the society, not even by the western society which is otherwise quite lenient on such matters. Sibling sex is something that is not even backed by medical science.

Medical science does not go by sexual relation between people with the same genes. There are very strong chances that the off springs of parents from the same genes have physical or mental abnormalities. What happens is that every human being has two copies of his genes. Out of these two one is defective. When there is sexual union between two individuals from different genes, the off springs thus reproduced take the proper genes from their parents. But in case of same genes union, which is the case in sibling sex, there are 60% higher chances of their off springs taking the defective genes. Hence the babies born out of such relations have higher chances of being abnormal.

This is the reason why medical science disapproves the sexual union between two individuals with the same genes. From the point of morality it is thought to be highly incestuous when people from the same mother or the same father unite. It is something that seriously infringe the laws that man made for himself. It is something that is not at all accepted by any society. People who indulge in this kind of relation or confuse with the relations are more often treated as outcasts. Well as we are in the human society, it would do us good if we follow the rules and regulations which have been laid for our own betterment.

Whether you are a male or a female, seeking a child, please bear these facts in mind before choosing your partner. And if you are still facing a problem, take your doctor’s advice. In case your male partner is having erectile dysfunction, you can buy Levitra and put him on the medication under the guidance of your doctor. One can easily buy Levitra online and get rid of the disease.

It’s probably fair to say that medical science has advanced greatly. From the discovery of penicillin by Scottish scientist Alexander Fleming in 1928, to the first human-to-human heart transplantation by South African cardiac surgeon Christiaan Barnard in 1967, the 20th century certainly saw some major medical breakthroughs.

But whilst there can be no disputing the universal significance of Fleming and Barnard’s scientific advances, there have been a number of other notable medical visionaries that we have a lot to be thankful for, some of whom perhaps don’t receive the credit they deserve.

With many technological inventions, it’s not always easy to give credit to one person, given that it may have been honed and perfected over a period of time. Indeed, there may well have been a number of people who helped to progress the technology over several decades.

Laser eye surgery, for example, has had numerous pioneers over the years. Even before laser surgery was invented, Russian doctor Svyatoslav Fyodorov was performing groundbreaking work in the field of eye surgery – and in 1960, he implanted the first artificial crystalline lens. Dr Fyodorov also developed a surgical technique for myopia, involving very precise incisions near the cornea region.

In the same year that Fyodorov was implanting the first artificial crystalline lens, the American Physicist, Theodore Maiman developed and patented the very first laser. There were a number of other trailblazers who were involved in pioneering research relating to eye surgery and it was a combination of all their efforts that paved the way for the first laser eye surgery in the 1980s.

The excimer laser – invented by Nikolai Basov in 1970 – was initially used for silicone computer chips. But in the 1980s, the potential for using the technology in biological tissue was realised and American physicist Steven Trokel patented the laser for use specifically in corrective eye surgery. And in 1987, the first laser surgery took place on human eyes.

Of course, it would be easy to give Trokel all the credit for inventing laser eye surgery, but that would be doing a massive disservice to all those who contributed before him, laying the foundation for Steven Trokel to help make corrective eye surgery a possibility for millions of people the world over.

There can be little doubt that laser eye surgery has had a major impact in the medical world and has contributed significantly to how we have come to embrace the use of cutting edge technology for countless medical conditions. In fact, it would seem that seeing really is believing in terms of how far we’ve come in recent years.

When medical professionals enter their career, they have to be careful when diagnosing a patient. Often times, symptoms of one illness can be having symptoms to another illness. It’s because of this that doctors have to be very careful and provide an accurate diagnosis, combine that with the right type of treatment of medicine.

Bronchitis is a condition in which the bronchial tubes are irritated and inflamed. There are three specific categories of bronchitis including acute, chronic and bronchiectasis.

Bronchitis remains a large threat to public health, ranking fourth among causes of death. A new strain recently revealed is making treating this disease even harder because of its nature. The newly discovered strain is even nastier in that it can resist conventional medicines. It’s forcing doctors to revise their techniques pertaining to both illness of pneumonia and bronchitis.

Coupled with data that is unusable by the time it’s ready to be tested, doctors rely on patient’s physical examinations to diagnosis the disease. Often they make the diagnosis based on what they see or observe in patients but scientific approaches are still important for the antimicrobial therapy design.

Antibiotics must meet certain criteria including effectiveness in its treatment, the safety of drugs, cost-effectiveness and convenience. Doctors feel the ideal antibiotic would treat all of the following:

Offer action against primary organisms
Pharmacokinetic
best possible pharmacologic
Experimental response rates are soaring
Penetration of tissue
Drug interaction low
Low or no side effects
Bacteria resistance is slow in developing.

Traditional antibiotics include the ever accepted Amoxicillin, macrolides and cephalosporins and greatly used in the antimircobial therapy. Yet, there usefulness fluctuates along with its resistance frequency.

In the late 1990’s, two medicines called gatifloxacin and moxifloxacin were released which offered better options for the respiratory treatments. When new drugs are introduced, others are often removed because of certain dangerous side effects.

Physicians and doctors must have a immense appreciativeness of the organisms so they can know how to manage tracheal bronchitis and many other respiratory illnesses. They must also be acutely aware of all of the therapies effective enough to treat the disease.

Nowadays, there is some controversy with how to treat the disease. Some doctors feel it is in the best interest of the patient to use no medicine treatment therapy especially when a cough does not last for more than five days. Others feel medicinal therapy is the way to go. Patients are typically treated rather quickly. Since most feel that paying for a doctor’s consultation entitles them to antibiotics but it’s the doctor’s job to edify his patients they should not hurry to the doctor if they have a cough for one day or two. Doctors usually say waiting 5 to 7 days is best because then if it is bronchitis, you can tell. This means if you have a viral infection and severe cough. Once the infection goes away and the cough stays, that’s the instance to visit the doctor. If you give viral infections antibiotics, resistance can build up, leaving you with nothing to use for medicine.

If someone has tracheal bronchitis and the cough is in conjunction with sputum; however there is no fever, pneumonia, COPD or emphysema, it is likely the physician will prescribe medicine to knock out the symptoms, getting the patient back on the road to recovery.

Studies are undergoing to develop better treatments and antibiotics to combat the tracheal bronchitis. Here is hoping that before the nasty bacteria settles in the tubes that the new medicines are already out on the market.
